I challenge all of you guys to take the vegan challenge! :) It's easy heres how:
All you have to do is swap one normal meal, for something vegan!!!
Salads and Pastas are easy to convert to vegan. For spagetti - make sure pasta does'nt have eggs and use marinara or tamato sauce instead of meat sauce. For salads - Skip the cheese and meats, swap for beans! You could also try meatless meats - have a "fried chicken patty sandwich." Or, a "burger." Boca and Morningstar both make delicious versions of these. If you liked it, try it again! Make it a tradition to have a vegan meal once a day or once a week! Take the vegan challenge, you'll feel better, look better and be better.
