Going vegan has been a huge highlight of my life. Although, its not easy sometimes, its worth it. I hope these tips will help you acheive the road to health, cruelty free living, and an extended life.

1. Start out as a vegetarian. It will be easier to go vegan if you are vegetarian first. If you love your meat, cut out red meat first, then chicken, next eggs, and finally cheese.

2. Take your vitamins!!! Vitamins are essential. I didn't listen and got TERRIBLE mouth sours!!! D, B12, and Folic Acid are all great.

3. "Enjoy" healthy eating. If you think about how it's good to eat healthy, you'll probably end up enjoying your food. This brain trick works for me!

4. Read All the facts! There are tons and tons of facts about being vegan. Did you know, that being vegan can extend your life up to 6 years?

5. Take it slow, and don't worry if you mess up. It's ok if you slip and eat a tiny piece of cheese. :) At, the end of the day, it's all worth it and it always will be.
