Here are some of my vegan recipies. All VERY easy to make!
Pea and Bean Salad
Ingredients: (for one serving)
One cup Frozen Peas
1 cup Beans
Vegetables
Dressing
Chop vegetables and mix with beans. Prepare frozen peas and add to the vegetables and beans. Next, add dressing, mix once more and you have a delish salad!
Pasta Delish!
Ingredients:
1 serving of your favorite vegan pasta
1 serving of Lima Beans
Vegetables
Italian Dressing
Vegan Butter
Prepare pasta and add Lima beans. Next, you'll add your vegan butter and mix. Chop vegetables and add to the dish. Drizzle a little Italian dressing over your pasta for taste.
PB and Crunch
Ingredients:
Vegan Chocolate Cereal
Peanut Butter
Cinnamon or sprinkles (optional)
In a bowl mix a half cup of the cereal with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Mix until even. Add, cinnamon or spprinkles if desired, and enjoy!
